Defination of Power

Power, the word used everyhere in the world. The word ‘POWER’ has many usage. But now I use ‘POWER’ as a main characteristics of Leadership. The full form of POWER became P – Popularity, O – Obidient, W – Work, E – Efficiency, R – Resolute. i think all the characteristics should have in an ideal leader.

P for Popularity – if a human beings get popularity, then he take control over his followers or his fans; he became a leader over them. He get the power to lead his followers. so a good leader have popularity.

O for Obdient – a oidient man can make a goodwill in his locality, thus he can get popularity. This represent a man as leader. A good leader must have obidient on his followers.

W for Work – a man with good working skill or a hard worker can easily capture a good place among the common men. some peoples are then influenced by him to do more good work and some are depends upon him to do their works. and finally he gets some follower by this he became a leader.

E for Efficiency – efficiency is one of the most important characteristics of a leader, either he is honest or dishonest. Inefficient man could not take control over the common man normally, in this case the man then choose a wile way or an obligary way to represent him a leader.

R for Resolute – a man with a ditermined sprit could win over another. a resolutic man should have a ditermined speech to influence the common people as they must accecpt his leader ship. ……contd
